The i-Go™ Folding Scooter supports you when you refuse to compromise. So, when you’re dreaming of a cruise vacation, know that i-Go™ comes with the all-day power, speed and versatility to take you there and back again. It’s 12” high when separated and the seat back removed. Need a little more flexibility? The i-Go™ folds, when you need extra space, simply separate the front and rear components. Each piece weighs about 32 pounds, altogether 64 pounds, including the battery.
i-Go™ comes in four exciting colors: White, Black, Iceberg Blue and Sugar Plum.
Full-day functionality for a portable mobility scooter
Don’t let its portability fool you. The i-Go™ Folding Scooter has a set of features you’d find in more traditional scooter models. It has a USB device charger, under-seat storage for small items and a headlight for low-light riding. With two 9-inch perforated, never flat tires in back and an 8-inch drive wheel out front, the i-Go™ Folding Scooter offers a smooth ride. With a high level of comfort and i-Go™’s 9-mile per-charge battery capacity, you could ride from bow to stern more than 60 times on a single charge!

RETURN POLICY
Scooters, power wheelchairs, and lift recliners (product) are subject to a 30% restocking fee (calculated based on the sale price of the product(s)) and may be returned by submitting a Return Authorization Request (RA) within 7 days of taking delivery or picking up the product from a MobilityWorks store. Once the RA has been approved by MobilityWorks, the product(s) must be returned to MobilityWorks within 14 days of approval.
Equipment requiring installation or with custom options such as but not limited to scooter/power wheelchair lifts, turny type seats, transfer seats, hand controls, lift recliners and other non-WAV mobility devices are subject to a 30% restocking fee (calculated based on the sale price of the product(s)) and may be refunded by submitting a Return Authorization Request (RA) within 7 days of order placement online or in a MobilityWorks store.
- Equipment that has been installed is non-refundable
- Lift recliners with custom fabric options are non-refundable.
- Any product that is customized is non-refundable
Returned product must be in the original packaging in new condition with no signs of wear including but not limited to scratches, cracks, marked/soiled tires and/or other signs of use. Client is responsible for any freight and transportation costs associated with returning the product(s) to the MobilityWorks store. Reference the RA number with the return.
Canceled Orders
Should an order be canceled by the customer after the product(s) has been shipped, the order is subject to the MobilityWorks Return Policy. For orders shipping direct to the client’s home, the client must accept delivery of the product, obtain a Return Authorization Number from MobilityWorks and coordinate return shipping of the product to MobilityWorks. The cost of return shipping is the client’s responsibility.
If a direct to client shipment is refused by the client all expenses associated with the refusal, original freight and return freight will be deducted from any credit to the customer’s account and a 30% Restocking Fee will be applied. The 30% restocking fee is calculated based on the sales price of the product(s).
Credits
Upon receipt of the returned product(s) and verification of the applicable Return Authorization Number, MobilityWorks will inspect the product(s) for compliance with the Return Policy. If, in the sole judgement of MobilityWorks, the product(s) are in compliance with the Return Policy, MobilityWorks will issue a credit equal to the original sale price less the 30% restock fee and any additional expenses as described above to the credit card used for the purchase. If the product(s) were paid by check or money order, MobilityWorks will issue a check within 30 days.
Completing a Request for a Return Authorization does not guarantee acceptance of the request by MobilityWorks. Return requests must comply with MobilityWorks Return Policy and are subject to conditions thereof. Products not eligible for return will not be issued an Authorization Number.
