Roadside Assistance
MobilityWorks has partnered with Axiom Product Administration to provide emergency roadside assistance from more than 35,000 tow providers throughout North America.
Coverage Includes
Wheelchair Passenger Transport:
When necessary, passenger transportation benefits are provided to occupants of a disabled vehicle. If limited or no coverage is available in your area, the provider will offer authorization and reimbursement of up to a maximum of $125 per occurrence to arrange your own mobility assistance.
Towing Assistance:
Towing, the provider will arrange to have the vehicle transported to the repair facility of the client’s choosing and will pay for the associated towing expenses up to a maximum of $300 per occurrence.
Flat Tire Assistance:
Flat tire change, the provider will arrange for a service provider to replace a flat tire with your inflated spare and will pay for the service up to a maximum of $150 per occurrence.
Out of Fuel:
Fluid delivery (oil, water, or fuel), the provider will arrange for a service provider to deliver an emergency fluid supply and will pay for the fluid delivery service up to a maximum of $150 per occurrence, excluding the fluid cost. You are responsible for the cost of the emergency fluid supply, at the time of delivery.
Battery Service:
Jumpstart, the provider will arrange for a service provider to boost or jumpstart the battery, if the vehicle will not crank due to a weak or “run–down” battery, and will pay for the battery jump service up to a maximum of $150 per occurrence.
Lost Key / Lock-out Assistance:
Lock out assistance, the provider will arrange for a service provider to unlock the vehicle and will pay for the locksmith service, up to a maximum of $150 per occurrence, if the Vehicle’s keys are lost, broken, or accidentally locked in the vehicle, or the Vehicle has a frozen lock. The cost of replacement keys are excluded; you are responsible for the cost of the replacement keys, at the time of service.
Winching / Vehicle Extraction:
If your vehicle is stuck in a ditch, mud, or snow, but is accessible from a normally traveled roadway, a service provider will be dispatched to your location and will winch your vehicle. Coverage for winching is limited to a 30–minute service call. Expenses beyond this will be billed to the member and will not be reimbursed. If your vehicle is inoperable after extraction, it may be towed under the terms, conditions, and occurrence limits of this membership.
$150 Tire Hazard Benefit:
In the event your vehicle incurs damage due to a covered road hazard incident, meaning Tire Industry Association (TIA) approved repair methods and services will be used to repair Your covered tire. In the event a covered tire cannot be repaired and/or can no longer hold an airtight seal, it will be replaced. All repairs must be completed at the dealer, an in–network repair facility, or an authorized mobile repair specialist.
You are eligible for a maximum of 1 use per any 12 month period throughout your membership term and a maximum of $150 per occurrence limit will be allowed.
You are responsible for any amounts exceeding the per occurrence limit.
$250 Auto Deductible Reimbursement:
In the event you incur an automotive deductible expense for your vehicle under your primary auto insurance policy, during the term of your membership. You will be reimbursed for up to a maximum of $250. Proof of a settled auto insurance claim, paid deductible, and any receipts must be presented for reimbursement consideration.
Trip Interruption:
In the event of a breakdown resulting in a covered repair of your vehicle, we will reimburse you for motel/hotel lodging and restaurant expense incurred, providing you are in excess of 100 miles from your primary residence. Such expense shall be limited to $150 per day and $450 per occurrence. Reimbursement is limited to downtime for covered repairs and ends at the date of repair completion.
